Engine combustion pollutants can generally be reduced using exhaust gas aftertreatment, either in the engine or outside of the engine. The key objective here is always to comply with the currently applicable limit values and the accompanying protection of people and the environment as economically as possible.

Our product portfolio offers you the opportunity to minimise emissions specifically according to problems and applications. It is possible to implement particulate filters (DPF), SCR systems and the Fuel Water Emulsion (FWE) in combination or individually depending on the requirements. Through exact design and matching of technologies, we can offer you innovative, customized solutions which distinguish themselves by being exceptionally cost effective.

The emulsion technology can be combined with SCR or DPF to great advantage. The FWE already reduces both soot and nitrogen oxides in the engine, meaning that the subsequent exhaust gas aftertreatment is accordingly smaller and therefore can be designed to be more cost efficient. An SCR system can be operated with significantly reduced AdBlue® consumption; a particulate filter requires regeneration much less often. Other operating cost benefits can also be achieved using the consumption-neutral and sometimes even fuel-saving emulsion technology.
